Our lives are continually bombarded by outside influences that affect our emotional health. These influences include social media, family members, friends, work colleagues and many other people and situations over which we may have limited control. Each of these has the potential to create an environment which increases our stress and anxiety. We may find ourselves sad because a close friend is moving away.  We may find ourselves struggling with emotions after our children have moved off to college…..or the first grade! We may miss the excitement of going to work after retirement sets in. We may find ourselves in the same, destructive and unhealthy relationships time and time again. In many cases, all these conflicting emotions and situations leave us with the impression that we can’t seem to identify what the problem is. In reality, it may be a mix of grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, etc.

I offer a safe, supportive environment to explore life’s challenges. I work with you to develop problem-solving skills and coping strategies that help deal with those challenges. My office is a judgment-free space.
